'giant' mass of Canary Grass and roots blew downstream last month from 'McK Willow' bridge and grounded out just below 'Culvert riffle' to cause stream diversion >>> Root mass is now Growing in place >>> decision must be made to remove it or let 'invasive plant growth' to continue.
