Not sure about discharge and algae. Rocks have some slime, and there is a ditch that doesn’t flow presently but could possibly if raining. Would like some clarification as to the discharge question because we are at the water plant.
Hazy, breezy, some local songbirds, boat.
Weather: Sunny with a haze.
Brown Algae observed at the location.
There was brown algae floating on the water and the rocks were very slippery and covered in it.
Lots of birds. Two loons calling ❤️. The air was hazy over the lake. Also minnows in the water.
Foam on the water, steady movement, can hear birds, can’t see them.
Water treatment plant flush and the ditch that runs through as a pollution source in the immediate surroundings.
Cool breeze, light rain, no water fowl, water was a bit higher, a few birds singing but no site of them.
I was closer to the water treatment plant, but downstream. Lots of flies, and they were irritating a lot. Water Treatment plant is also a pollution source in the immediate surroundings.
Something was decaying, which could be vegetation or Algae near the shoreline. And lots of flies
Can hear Birds, swallow, nuthatches, song sparrow , yellow warbler, merganser, seagull.
Water treatment flushing is a pollution source in the immediate surroundings.
Midges were plentiful, brown algae/slime on underwater rocks.
Foggy. Song bird, nuthatches, tree swallows, cormorant, gulls, sandpiper, mergansers and geese; water is very calm, rocks are getting slimy
Steady ripples, clear, suds at the shore.
A ditch that has standing water is a pollution source in the immediate surroundings.
There were more suds than foam, saw seagulls, loon, ducks, geese.
No garbage, song birds, seagulls: small fish in water (minnow?) mergansers.
Lake seems normal other than low
