Nitrates less than 0.2 - Reading was 0 on Hanna meter. Lots of algae on this side. No fountains, only 2 swans and a few mallards. Lots of flying insects hovering over the water. Couldn't see any snails on this side of lake, Water a bit cloudier than usual.
Fountains not active. Nesting swan. Lot of runners, walkers and dogs along paths. More litter than usual in and around the lake, maybe blown in by strong winds. No frog spawn
Very thin ice over part of surface. Ducks and swans on Lake. People walking and running on paths. Dogs. Dead branches in water. Fountains not operating. Leaf litter
