Hurricane Gordon happened 3 days before sample was taken.
The water only came to just below my knee. It usually goes up to half my thigh. So it was about 9 inches lower than normal. There were lots of small fish and a couple frogs. The dissolved oxygen (mg/L) was 2 intervals higher than normal. I am not sure if this is because the water is lower and oxygen is dispersed more or for another reason.
Still lots of little fish. Sample taken in overcast weather but no rain before or during sampling.
Rained the day before. Started raining immediately after sampling.
