Sampled water and found 30+ 3-spined stickleback fish.
Low flow but steady from outfall. No visible pollution.
Water flowing steadily from outfall. A day earlier reports of large number of small dead fish on surface ofthe pond area. None visible at time of my observation.

Flow from outfall steady. Pollution from outfall visible on pond surface. Pond level higher than river and so flowing slowly into river channel via pipe.
