Large sections of the brook were completely dry. Water was too low for riverfly monitoring due to long dry spell
WaterBlitz -Additional Data from YSI Probe, Low Range & High Range Phosphate checkers and Low Range & Medium Range Ammonia Checker used. All equipment used was calibrated before use and sample sent for lab testing as well.
The Hanna checker for Ammonia was FLASHING 3.00 - this actually shows the reading is ABOVE 3.00.
No water in main stream at all; sample taken from pool with no flow, highly concentrated, with potential for animals to have paddled in.
