Phosphate 2.50 flashing
River smelly today - I'm not sure what the smell is. It seems stronger as the water comes out from under the bridge just after Hale End Road. A neighbour on Studley Avenue said he'd heard that the block of flats near the bridge has misconnections which drain immediately into the Ching under the bridge.
