Due to imminent storm, I took the reading at the boat ramp just downstream from the usual location.
Painted turtle, some water snakes and spawning smallmouth bass
Water level lower again this year.
Reading was taken from boat ramp instead of further upstream due to not using kayak.

Air quality very poor. Strong smoke smell from forest fires.
Water level is extremely low. Boat ramp is not usable. Neighbour said that the river was dosed with lamprey killer a couple of weeks ago.
